■ Booking Conditions
  • Available exclusively to official tour participants. Race entries are not sold separately.
  • HIROSHIMA 100K and 50K runners must purchase Crew Support for their race (100K: 2 aid stations, 50K: 1 aid station). Crew Support is not available for HIROSHIMA 25K.
  • A double entry for HIROSHIMA 50K and 25K is also possible. Please select the race(s) you wish to enter when booking your tour.
  • The race entry fee is the same as the official race entry fee for entries made by 31 October 2026
    (HIROSHIMA 100K ¥46,200 / 50K ¥33,000 / 25K ¥18,700 / double entry ¥51,700).
    This fee applies to bookings made by December 31, 2026. For bookings made on or after January 1, 2027, we will announce any change to the amount.
  • Runners who book a tour through this website will later receive a link to the race entry application page, in order of booking.
  • The number of race entries is capped for each race. If applications for a race reach this limit, we may be unable to offer you a race entry. In that case, your tour fee will be refunded.

■ Important Notes

  • The race entry and Crew Support offered after your tour booking are arranged by the travel agency Wedge Holdings Co., Ltd. (Wedge Tours) under an Arranged Travel Contract. If you cancel them for personal reasons after applying, the race entry fee and the Crew Support fee will not be refunded (100% cancellation fee). Please book the tour with this understanding.
  • If you cancel the official tour after booking, your race entry right will become void. In this case, too, the race entry fee and the Crew Support fee will not be refunded.

    HIROSHIMA 100K and 50K runners, our dedicated tour staff provide official Crew Support at designated aid stations (2 for 100K, 1 for 50K). Crew Support must be purchased for your race. We’re here to help you perform at your best on race day.

    Before the race, you’ll also receive free online race briefings and access to our dedicated information website, covering race preparation, mandatory gear, and detailed course guidance so you can arrive fully prepared.

Shared Room Plan Basic Plan only. Shared rooms are for guests of the same sex. Roommates are arranged by us on a first-come, first-served basis (2–5 guests per room).
If a shared room cannot be arranged, we will contact you by one month before departure, and you will stay in a private room. In that case, an additional fee applies: 2-Night Plan ¥20,000 / 3-Night Plan ¥24,000.
